Great Question, but a tricky one to answer, we will do our best to have your order completed asap. But as we are a teeny tiny business with just the two of us, we would like to give ourselves a 14 day window as an absolute max. Obviously we want you calmed as soon as we can and will do our best to have your order shipped as quickly as we can manage. We ship with Australia Post and they usually take 3-5 working days. If you are in a super hurry, please let us know in the comments section 🙂

Super Secure. We chose to use PayPal for this reason. It is a very secure and reputable company that offers both buyer and seller protection. You can shop with confidence knowing that you’re in safe hands, for more info please check out the PayPal website.

When you put in your order, we get a notification and we work hard to have your order packaged and ready to go as soon as we can. We will take orders down to the post office every other day and Mr Postie will do the rest.

Absolutely!!! A lot of our products are tax deductable, yippee! So we want you to have an invoice to claim from Mr. Taxman.

Good on you for thinking of that question, we are glad someone else also cares. We are super passionate about preserving our earth for our children’s children and do our best to reduce our impact in every way we can.

Stamp Trouble Shooting

Clear, crisp stamps are what we are all about, but as is the nature of stamps, they can be inconsistent. Follow these guidelines to ensure your stamps are working efficiently every time!

Before beginning your marking, stamp on a piece of scrap paper to remove any excess ink that may have pooled between uses.

When stamping, press down with a firm, fluid motion and don’t move the stamp from side to side.

The stamps will only work on an even surface so make sure your students book is flat on the desk and not folded over or bunched up.

If you are still having consistent issues with your stamp please contact us as we are happy to help
